Janicki Industries is seeking an Aircraft Structural Assembler to perform final assembly of production and composite parts to aerospace specifications.

You will read blueprints, fit parts, and perform bonding and precision checks with high tolerances. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to AS9100/Nadcap standards, with on-time delivery in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in aircraft assembly, structural maintenance, fabrication, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit aircraft structural parts and subassemblies.
• Perform test fit and gap checks with high tolerances.
• Bond parts per product specifications and compliance programs.
• Align and connect system components using jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies.
• Read blueprints, isometric drawings and work orders.
• Maintain a clean, FOD-free work area and equipment.
• Participate in on-the-job training for certifications (AS9100, Nadcap).
• Work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines with teamwork.
