Airborne Global Solutions in the United States is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee the assigned station and personnel, ensuring airworthiness in line with FARs and company manuals. You will coordinate maintenance procedures, parts procurement, documentation, and audits; serve as liaison with FAA, flight crews, customers, and vendors; ensure adequate staffing, training, and facilities at the station.

You will provide feedback to management on deficient areas and assist with implementing

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associates degree desired.
• A&P license required.
• 2–5 years heavy transport aircraft experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience desired.
• Must pass DOT/FAA drug screen and background check.

Mansioni

• Supervise, administer and direct assigned station and personnel.
• Ensure continued airworthiness in accordance with FARs and manuals.
• Maintain communication with management and maintenance control.
• Act as liaison with FAA, flight crews, customers, vendors.
• Ensure adequate personnel, facilities, tooling, and training at the station.
• Oversee station audits covering maintenance, records, and inventories.
• Stay current with updates to company policies and programs.
• Document OJT and provide training to station staff.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.
