Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in East Alton, IL is seeking a Falcon Sheet Metal Technician to join our growing MRO team. This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on sheet metal skills, blueprint reading, and adherence to FAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license preferred.
• A valid driver's license and passport are ideal but not mandatory.
• Prior experience with sheet metal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting.
• Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening and finish materials.
• Maintenance, cleaning and repair of shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
• Communicate effectively in English.
