• Pass physical, drug screen, background check, driving record screening, and obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble major aerospace structures and perform part-fitting operations, including filing, sawing, trimming, riveting, drilling, and reaming.
• Align parts precisely on jigs and aerospace vehicles using templates and fixtures.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to complete installations per drawings.
• Measure components with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and maintain quality.
• Modify complete and incomplete assemblies, incorporating required engineering changes into the structure.

• Proven proficiency in reading, interpreting, and working from technical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Demonstrated experience installing a variety of specialty fasteners (e.g., rivets, hi-locks) and using precision measuring tools.
• Familiarity with airframe corrosion removal and structural repair techniques.
• Must own and maintain a professional set of tools in good working order.
• Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the physical ability to frequently lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, background check, and driving record screening, with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
