Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking an Aircraft Security Guard to maintain control of aircraft areas and ensure crew and cargo safety. You will monitor access, screen people, and inspect areas for security threats in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and US work authorization. Ramp and SIDA training are required to obtain security credentials; flexibility for shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• US work authorization if located in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• If required by customer or role access, ensure proper credentials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain access to the aircraft entrance and surroundings.
• Screen individuals and belongings before boarding or entry to operation areas.
• Search aircraft for unauthorized items or personnel.
• Transport pilots to and from aircraft destinations.
• Inspect items with x-ray viewing equipment to detect threats.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency policies and regulations.
• Report suspicious items or activity to management for action.
