Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating LLC. is seeking a Field Service Technician for on-site support in Charleston, SC, helping with aircraft build, installation issues, and part rework. You will coordinate with QA, Engineers, and seat teams while following OEM safety guidelines and company policies.

You should have a strong technical background, ability to work under pressure, travel domestically/internationally, and excellent communication to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support during aircraft build, resolving installation issues and cosmetic defects.
• Perform rework across receiving, BFE, factory, and flight line per drawings and instructions.
• Replace and troubleshoot faulty components; adjust panels and trim; assist seat installation teams.
• Rework and stamp pickups for seat classes as requested by airline/OEM.
• Escalate highly complex issues to Lead Field Service Technician.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
