• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in design, preferably with aircraft seating.
• Strong drafting skills in CATIA V5 or Pro/Engineer and knowledge of materials.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Confers with customers and vendors on design requirements for seat programs.
• Prepares layouts of overall design tasks and defines design standards.
• Reviews design packages and releases drawings for manufacturing.
• Mentors less experienced engineers and coordinates with program managers.
