Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring Aircraft Fuelers to fuel and prepare aircraft for departures at the Orlando location. You will operate fuel trucks, connect hoses, monitor safety procedures, and keep accurate fueling records.

This role supports airport safety and operational efficiency through meticulous inspections and adherence to guidelines. The position requires physical capability, flexibility for night/weekend/holiday shifts, and the ability to pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to access and interpret information digitally (iPads/tablets, computers, mobile devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials/clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel.
• Conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Fuel Ground Service Equipment (hydrant trucks, fuel trucks, tanker trucks, tugs, belt loaders).
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
