Job summary

V2X Inc in Maryland is seeking an Aircraft Records Specialist to maintain records for government and company owned equipment, materials, parts and supplies. You will ensure calibration programs are followed and NAVFLIR inputs are validated, supporting readiness and aircraft maintenance data accuracy.

The role requires completing Navy AZ class C school or equivalent, plus 2+ years of aircraft records experience and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US State driver's license.
• Two or more years of recent aircraft records experience.
• Navy AZ class C school or USMC/USCG equivalent completed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of Government and Company owned equipment, material, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure tool calibration programs are complied with.
• Read, interpret, and comply with administration procedures and regulations.
• Monitor NAVFLIR input and verification.
• Prepare and update aircraft records and reports.
• Prepare and verify aircraft inventory records.
• Comply with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and related publications.
