Job summary

V2X is seeking a detail-oriented Aircraft Records Specialist to maintain government and company equipment records, calibration programs, and flight documentation. You will handle NAVFLIR input, verify flight reports, and support maintenance control with discrepancy reviews.

The role requires a Navy AZ class C school credential or USMC/USCG equivalent, at least two years of aircraft records experience, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent required.
Shall have Navy AZ class "C" school or USMC/USCG equivalent.
Two (2) or more years of recent aircraft records experience.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret level clearance.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of Government and Company owned equipment, material, parts, and supplies.
Ensure tool calibration programs are complied with.
Prepare, record, verify and update aircraft records and reports.
Monitor NAVFLIR input and validation.
Verify flight operation reports.
Assist maintenance control supervisor with aircraft discrepancy book reviews.
Prepare and update engine documentation.
Prepare material inventory records and procurement of materials and supplies.
