Job summary

Daher LLC, in Sandpoint, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Planner to translate engineering intent into executable manufacturing data and ensure production readiness for certified aircraft build. You will manage mBOMs, routings, and work instructions, aligning ERP data with shop-floor needs and engineering changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or related roles in a complex production environment.
• Experience reconciling engineering BOMs and routings in ERP/PLM environments.
• Hands-on understanding of shop floor operations and production data.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve mBOMs, routings, work instructions, and ERP data.
• Translate engineering bills of material and drawings into production-ready data.
• Ensure work orders reflect accurate sequencing, materials, tooling, and constraints.
• Implement engineering changes with revision control and traceability.
• Resolve gaps between ERP data and shop-floor execution via root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Configuration Management.
