Job summary

This role supports accountability in Purchasing and Inventory activities and ensures parts are correctly tagged and documented. The position requires GED or high school diploma, basic computer software experience, and ability to lift heavy boxes.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Experience with aircraft parts preferred.
• Experience with computer software programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments from all sources and notify Purchasing and Inventory of arrival.
• Check shipments for damage and document findings.
• Track all parts in transit and verify P/N and quantity with PO.
• Locate Airworthiness Documents and attach to Yellow Tag as needed.
• Stock parts in proper inventory locations and ensure correct location codes.
• Assist in airworthiness inspection and receival inspections when necessary.
• Maintain organized receiving area and assist when Purchasing Agent or Inventory Specialist is absent.
