Job summary

Skyborne is seeking a Parts Clerk to support the Parts Room Manager in maintaining aviation parts and tools for daily operations. You will manage shipping/receiving, issue parts to mechanics, and ensure proper work order assignment while upholding inventory accuracy.

Role requires detail orientation, ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid Florida driver’s license, and comfort with a busy maintenance environment. Drug screening and TSA-badging may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and parts control.
• Ability to order and track purchase orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Room Manager in running the Parts room operations.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts, updating inventory and data bases.
• Maintain clean, organized parts room and store tools.
• Issue parts and tools to mechanics and assign to work orders.
• Track parts usage and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Process incoming packages and deliver to appropriate departments.
• Assist with supplier orders and general errands for Maintenance Dept.
