Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Move and/or obtain correct parts, materials, and tools, as necessary within the employee's assigned area as directed by management.
• Use all precision measuring instruments required to accomplish work assignments.
• Access and navigate electronic systems as required by the position program and/or company; training will be provided.
• Work safely and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to company safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and assist fellow employees as requested or required.
• Maintain personal certifications and qualifications as directed by the company.
• Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
• Report job issues such as errors in parts, procedures, tools, or sequences.

Representative Duties (Tulsa Only)

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine methods and sequences for processing and painting operations.
• Set up and operate equipment for metal removal, etching, anodizing, electroplating, cleaning, and painting.
• Operate robotic spray coating equipment, including selecting programs, masking, mixing coatings, and controlling spray parameters.
• Apply finish coats with attention to detail for quality, including hand brushing when necessary.
• Record manufacturing data manually or via computer systems.

Educational Requirements

All candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment or provide verification of passing it. Delays in assessment completion may delay start dates. Assessments can be completed in advance of interviews.
