Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking an Aircraft Painter for the Patuxent River, MD area to support the Presidential Helicopters program. You will perform surface preparation and painting of aircraft components, and apply vinyl graphics as required.

The role requires at least three years of painting experience on aircraft and related surfaces, familiarity with military publications, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of recent experience painting aircraft, support equipment, and related surfaces.
• Knowledge of military publications, diagrams, and EPA/OSHA forms as required by work.
• U.S. citizen able to read/write English; eligible for Top Secret clearance and YW access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint aircraft components and related surfaces using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other devices.
• Mask and cover areas not to be painted.
• Apply vinyl graphics as needed; maintain surface preparation standards.
