SOL Engineering Services LLC is seeking an Aircraft Painter to perform preparation and painting of aircraft and related equipment at NAS Patuxent River in Maryland. The role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and U.S. citizenship.

You must be able to work onsite, including overtime and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer interface. The team offers a competitive hourly wage of $45/hour, relocation options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Five years of aircraft, equipment, and surface painting experience.
• Experience with SCA 23740 or SCA 05310 painting roles.
• Completion of N-701-0014 or C-600-3182 painting courses.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Compliance with all customer-site, security, and onboarding requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite at NAS Patuxent River, including overtime and weekends.

Mansioni

• Prepare and paint aircraft, equipment, and surfaces.
• Apply coats of paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns and related tools.
• Remove old paint with solvents and scraping.
• Smooth surfaces with sanding materials and prep work.
• Roughen aluminum surfaces for paint adhesion.
• Mask areas not to be painted and apply insignia with stencils.
