Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking Aircraft Mechanical Design Engineers for Greenville, TX to design aircraft modifications and develop documentation. You will use 3D parametric CAD and Siemens NX to create, validate, and document solutions for various aircraft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with aircraft design experience.
• Masters degree preferred; Siemens NX and 3D parametric CAD experience required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design aircraft modifications to primary/secondary structures and interiors using 3D CAD.
• Create and release drawings, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Support design validation through prototyping and engineering analysis.
• Collaborate with peers, management, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs meet standards, specifications, schedules and budgets.
