Job summary

Lancesoft in Waco, TX is seeking Aircraft Mechanical Design Engineers to support the design and development of aircraft modifications. You will work with 3D parametric CAD to create, validate and document innovative solutions for various aircraft platforms.

Location: Waco Texas, 76705 (onsite)

Pay Range $93.00/hr. - $108.00/hr. On W2 (Without Benefit) Duration 12 Months (contract to hire)

Job Description

We are seeking Aircraft Mechanical Design Engineers to support the design and development of aircraft modifications. This role will use 3D parametric CAD along with rapid prototyping and other engineering tools to create, validate, and document innovative solutions for various aircraft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, with three (3) years aircraft design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.)
• Experience with Siemens NX and 3D parametric CAD tools CAD Designers in platform NX. PLM tool used is TeamCenter. Background in Aircraft interior design. Onsite is preferred but would take remote for the right candidate.
• CAD Designers in platform Creo. PLM tool used is TeamCenter. Background in design racks, consoles, external aircraft pods, and Aircraft structures. Onsite is preferred but would take remote for the right candidate.
