Job summary

V2X is seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic with FAA-regulated aircraft maintenance experience to support our fleet. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on aircraft work and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

You will perform maintenance IAW OEM and FAA regulations, troubleshoot systems, and ensure airworthiness. Ideal candidates have Phase Inspections, hot section inspections, or propeller balancing experience, and a background with Part 145 repair stations, avionics

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience working on aircraft.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
• Valid U.S. Drivers License.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance IAW OEM and FAA regulations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain aircraft systems and components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with flight operations and other departments to minimize aircraft downtime.
