You will manage schedules, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain safety and FAA compliance. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and Airframe & Powerplant License.
• Aircraft-specific factory training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of aviation maintenance technicians and direct project flow.
• Provide daily oversight of technicians, schedule work, and ensure on-time aircraft deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold service quality.
• Coordinate training programs to elevate team skills and knowledge.
• Identify process improvements to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee tools, equipment, and hangar space for readiness and safety.
• Maintain accurate records including work orders, FAA paperwork, and billing items.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
