Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Denver, CO seeks a Deferred Maintenance Coordinator to manage MEL, CDL, NEF, and ODM items, coordinating across technical, ops, and maintenance teams to restore aircraft on schedule.

This full-time role requires an FAA A&P license and 3+ years in airline maintenance, with strong cross-functional collaboration and rigorous attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P license.
• Three (3) years of airline or Transport Category aircraft experience.
• Three (3) years of aircraft maintenance experience in a Line Maintenance environment.
• Ability to work across functional teams and use escalation processes when issues affect operations.
• Dependability demonstrated through regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize deferred maintenance.
• Monitor MEL, CDL, NEF, and related requirements to maintain airworthiness and safety.
• Own MEL maintenance capture program.
• Identify and prioritize MEL/CDL/NEF/ODM capture per Frontier standards.
• Evaluate and adjust planned maintenance with Frontier teams and approved providers.
• Coordinate MEL/CDL/NEF/ODM changes with FAA guidance and applicable FARs.
• Ensure deferrals are planned within limits and align with company goals.
