Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking an experienced MEL Program Manager to lead the team responsible for the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and related manuals, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.

You will oversee MEL/CDL/NEF programs, coordinate with the FAA, and drive documentation, training, and process improvements across Maintenance & Operations functions. Hybrid work with Denver-based HQ roles is available.

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years airline or transport category aircraft experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on Airbus aircraft required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead MEL Capture Coordinator team to monitor, report, and coordinate resolution actions.
  • Manage MEL/CDL/NEF revisions and FAA approval processes.
  • Coordinate with FAA and other agencies on MEL/CDL/NEF program and milestones.
  • Publish MEL/CDL/NEF documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
