Job summary

Endeavor Air seeks a Maintenance Control, Manager on Duty to supervise on‑duty Maintenance Controllers, monitor the daily fleet maintenance plan, and ensure timely execution with strict safety adherence. The role requires a valid A&P license and 5 years in aircraft maintenance and airline operations.

You will interact with the OCC, FAA, and other stakeholders. Applicants must communicate clearly, maintain high attention to detail, and be able to work extra hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance and airline operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Provide surveillance and oversight of all on‑duty Maintenance Controllers.
• Monitor the daily fleet maintenance plan using company systems.
• Notify the Manager of any scheduling conflicts or material shortages.
• Ensure timely execution of daily tasks with strict safety adherence.
• Coordinate with OCC personnel, management, vendors, and FAA as needed.
