Job summary

PSA Airlines seeks a Lead Technician to coordinate the maintenance department, directing up to 18 staff and ensuring efficient aircraft upkeep. The role requires deep knowledge of maintenance manuals (GMM, AMM, FIM) and the ability to work with calibrated test equipment.

The incumbent will report to the Supervisor of Maintenance and must be able to obtain US work authorization within 90 days, with strong communication and organizational skills to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification is required.
• One year of turbine-powered aircraft experience (MGTOW 12,500 lbs) is preferred.
• Ability to obtain US work authorization within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance department activities to minimize delays and boost efficiency.
• Direct up to 18 maintenance staff and report to Supervisor of Maintenance.
• Ensure safety, proper records, and compliance with maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with Inspection department and uphold the SMS and Safety outputs.
