Job summary

PSA Airlines is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technical Pilot (MTP) to safely operate Part 91 flights in accordance with PSA manuals and policies. You will coordinate with crew, uphold FAA/TSA/DOT regulations, and contribute to safety culture and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring familiarity with flight operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage inspections, reports, and compliance tasks; this supervisory role advances PSA standards and requires readiness for

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to maintain and demonstrate working knowledge of FAA requirements and company policies.
Ability to speak, read and write English.
If hired, must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other crew members to ensure a safe and reliable flight operation.
Comply with all applicable FARs and TSA and DOT regulations, as well as company procedures and policies.
Submit reports on irregularities or incidents as required.
Take active role in promoting positive attitudes towards culture, core values, compliance and safety.
Direct the flight crew to meet operational requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency.
