Job summary

Phoenix East Aviation in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Control Coordinator to handle essential office duties, data entry, and recordkeeping for the Maintenance department.

You will manage logbook entries for inspections, open work orders, audit records, and assist with FAA inquiries while supporting streamlined paperwork and expense reporting. The role is full time and on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• At least 2 years of data entry experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy data entry and logbook record keeping for maintenance.
• Audit log books against event tracking software for accuracy.
• Make logbook entries for 100 hour and annual inspections and unscheduled maintenance.
• Open work orders and ensure correct maintenance compliance is recorded.
• Prepare paperwork for scheduled maintenance events and audits.
• Assist management to improve maintenance paperwork processes for efficiency.
