Helimax Aviation, LLC. is seeking a Crew Chief to lead and supervise First Mechanics and the team in all phases of aircraft maintenance and maintenance planning to meet goals and deadlines. The Crew Chief directs work, coordinates with QC and inspectors, and ensures accurate logbooks and data are maintained.

Ideal candidates are seasoned aviation professionals with an A&P certification, strong leadership, and fluent communication skills to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be intimately familiar with applicable FAA regulations and Company policy.
• Oversees maintenance planning and aircraft readiness to meet schedules.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise First Mechanics and team mechanics.
• Authorize return to service after maintenance per 14 CFR 43.7.
• Maintain logbooks and aircraft weight & balance data.
• Coordinate with QC and inspectors to meet task objectives.
• Assign and schedule daily workload for crews.
• Provide required training and complete proficiency checks.
