Job summary

Epic Aircraft is seeking an Interiors Technician in Bend, Oregon to assemble interior aircraft components per engineering drawings and specifications. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and quality craftsmanship, with growth potential in aerospace manufacturing.

Starting pay is $22.00/hour. The position requires basic hand tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Cover interior panels with leather, vinyl, and other materials.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and computer-based job processing system to complete work.
• Perform trim & drill operations.
• Work with sealants and bonding adhesives.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

What You'll Do

As an Interiors Technician, you'll be a key member of our Interiors Team and will helpassemble interior aircraft components following engineering drawings and company specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and are interested in developing a long‑term career in aerospace manufacturing. This position requires limited experience (basic hand and power tools) and is a great way to start your career at Epic.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

• Eye for detail and take pride in high‑quality work
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift

Compensation And Schedule

Monday Friday

6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
