Job summary

Epic Aircraft, located in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Sub Assembly Technician to join the Assembly Team. You will learn to assemble aircraft components on the production line using sealants, bonding adhesives, and various tools to ensure top-quality workmanship.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role. Responsibilities include assembling components per instructions, handling sealants and adhesives, and maintaining a safe, organized

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
  • Previous assembly, maintenance, or repair experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

What You'll Do

As a Sub Assembly Technician, you will play a key role on our Assembly Team. In this position, you will learn how to assemble both small and large aircraft components on the production line. This role includes working with sealants, bonding adhesives, and various assembly tools to ensure high-quality workmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that builds high-quality aircraft. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift

Compensation And Schedule
  • Monday Friday
  • 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
  • Starting Pay: $21.70/hour
