Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials Sciences.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience performing stress analysis on Interiors or related structures.
• 1+ years of experience with Buyer-Furnished and Supplier-Furnished Equipment.
• Experience with manufacturing/production systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis on Boeing 787 Interiors using hand methods, FEA tools, and dynamic simulations.
• Review supplier documents to support technical oversight of drawings, analyses, tests, procedures, and reports.
• Develop and document structural requirements to define interior commodity designs.
