Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Aircraft Interiors programs in Everett, WA, from development through entry into service for airline customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, operations, and supply chain, while maintaining schedule, cost, and technical commitments. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this contract role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in program or project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional integrated product teams and drive program priorities, decisions, and issue resolution.
• Track schedule, financial, technical, and delivery performance against contractual commitments.
• Work closely with production, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Lead or support customer reviews, program management reviews, IPT meetings, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare status updates and presentations for customers and leadership.
• Identify, escalate, and manage program risks and opportunities.
• Represent customer needs internally and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
