Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is hiring a Completions Coordinator in GAC Appleton for a full-time role in Wisconsin. The position supports daily shop workflow, ensures compliance with safety programs, and coordinates tasks to meet production milestones in a high-precision environment.

Under supervision you will manage documentation, assist with lean initiatives, and use 3D models and power tools to support aircraft interiors fabrication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related experience in specific discipline or aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor in ensuring all department work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Fully supports the corporate safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assists the team to achieve milestone dates and meet goals through proficient hands-on work and ensuring required equipment and material is available.
• Ensures all required paperwork such as ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, and R&I log and Corridor are accomplished.
• Ensures design and engineering drawings are used and followed.
• Accomplishes weekly safety audits and assists team members in doing safety audits.
• Leads or serves on Lean and Quality Improvement teams to ensure local and corporate goals are achieved.
• Assists in maintaining shop equipment and associated JSAs.
