Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Appleton is seeking a Completions Coordinator for a weekend shift (3x12s). You will lead day-to-day shop activities, coordinating workloads, materials and manpower to support production targets.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of aircraft upholstery experience, with ability to follow FAA specifications and logs. You will contribute to safety, lean initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of aircraft upholstery experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, sketches, and FAA specifications.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe Analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor to ensure department work meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Fully supports safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Leads Lean/Quality Improvement efforts to achieve goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety and housekeeping policies.
