Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton is seeking a RS Completions Coordinator to provide task-level coordination and execution support to ensure daily work plans are completed accurately, safely, and on time. You will assist the service center in a spirit of teamwork, supporting Gulfstream management in meeting goals and SOPs.

Under minimal supervision, you will ensure compliance with safety and quality programs, maintain documentation, and facilitate access to required tools and materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related experience in specific discipline or aircraft maintenance experience.
• i.e., 5 years previous upholstery experience for the Compls Coord in the Trim Shop.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor in ensuring all department work is completed in a timely manner and meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Fully supports the corporate safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assists the team to achieve milestone dates and meet goals through proficient hands-on work, ensuring required equipment and material is available.
• Ensures all required paperwork and documentation, such as ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, and R&I log and Corridor are accomplished.
• Ensures design and engineering drawings are used and followed.
• Accomplishes weekly safety audits and assists team members in doing safety audits.
• Leads or serves on Lean and Quality Improvement teams to ensure local and corporate goals are achieved.
• Assists in maintaining shop equipment and associated JSAs.
