Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Interior Technician in Las Vegas, NV to perform interior maintenance on private aircraft. You will handle installation/removal of interior components, perform fittings, and support refurbishments in a fast paced hangar environment.

The role requires 5+ years of aviation interiors experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read diagrams and work with a variety of materials. Benefits start on day one, with overtime options and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ,
• 5+ years of experience working on private aviation interiors.
• Able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft interiors and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn interior components.
• Modify panels, seats, carpets, cabinetry, upholstery, etc.
• Measure, cut, and fit leather, fabric, and composites for interior refurbishments.
• Assist in aircraft detailing and cleaning.
• Maintain and repair the shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills to navigate training materials and maintenance databases.
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
• Work independently when required.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
