The position involves performing interior finish processes, including wood finishes, gloss and satin applications, sanding, and developing cabinet finishes under the direction of the Finish Team Leader. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are prepared to work in a hangar environment, with the potential for overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with paint and techniques for major modification projects.
• Identify colors and color matches as needed.
• Basic knowledge of stains, lacquers, clear coats, etc.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals (thinners, catalysts, cleaners, etc.) and safety procedures.
• Basic knowledge of paints and spraying equipment.
• Knowledge of dry sanding and wet sanding.
