Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Minimum of two years of experience in interior fabrication.
• Ability to work any shift and extended hours as needed to meet schedule demands.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned work using routine and non-routine work cards and/or service bulletins within estimated or budgeted hours and in accordance with FAA and AAR quality standards, with minimal supervisory assistance.
• Performs typical CNC and manual fabrication shop operations, including operation of horizontal and vertical CNC/manual routing and drilling machines.
• Fabricates and assembles aircraft interior parts and components as directed.
• Performs layout work and prepares shop drawings as required.
• Performs routine equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable manuals.
• Understands and maintains AAR and customer aircraft maintenance documentation programs.
• Promotes a culture of safety by monitoring personal work practices and those of others to ensure duties are performed within established AAR safety requirements.
