Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations. You will issue instructions and enforce safety procedures while ensuring efficient performance and compliance with company standards.

Ideal candidates have prior Aircraft Fueling and supervisory experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Open availability for shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Aircraft Fueling experience is required.
• Management, supervisory or lead experience in aviation is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and testing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Aircraft Fuelers in Fueling Operations.
• Direct and coordinate operations to ensure staffing and equipment readiness.
• Ensure safe, professional fueling operations per company standards.
• Prepare and submit staffing, shift and equipment reports.
• Maintain accurate fuel transaction accounting and reporting.
• Mentor and develop other employees; resolve grievances fairly.
