Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and color blindness test.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
• Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and other FAA identifications/seals or authorizations.

• Recommending manpower requirements.
• Maintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievances.
• Performing or assisting subordinates in performing duties.
• Ensuring disciplinary procedures are fair, timely, and consistent.
