Menzies Aviation in Austin, TX is seeking a Fueling Supervisor to supervise Aircraft Fuelers, coordinate fueling operations, and ensure adherence to safety procedures and company standards. You will lead daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Ideal candidates have prior Aircraft Fueling and supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED (or six months as Lead Fueler), a valid US driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to

Qualifications

Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
Management or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
High school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

Supervise Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and applicable laws.
Ensure adherence to attendance/tardiness standards.
