Job summary

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Associate Fuel Systems Repair and Modification Technician for the Executive Fleet team. You will inspect, repair and modify fuel systems and ensure readiness for flight operations.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with fuel systems and working from blueprints, specs and procedures; you will work variable shifts and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Fuel Systems Technician/Mechanic.
• 4+ years of experience with blueprints, specifications, drawings and SOPs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair aircraft fuel systems including Engine Feed, Fuel Transfer, and fuel tanks.
• Troubleshoot, modify and perform checks on fuel components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, orders and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain certifications and accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve fuel system reliability.
