Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an engineering leader to drive planning, technical direction, and supplier support for new product development and repairs in engine production and MRO. You will guide design changes, develop repair procedures, and coordinate with manufacturing teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires a mechanical or aerospace engineering background, hands-on experience with aircraft engines, and a track record in lean practices and FAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in aircraft engine production or repair.
• Experience with turbine engine maintenance, FAA regulations, lean manufacturing, and calibration standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing systems and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Executing design changes, service bulletins, instruction updates, and procedure improvements.
• Leading business planning for MRO, parts repair, and manufacturing expansion.
• Developing and implementing production and MRO procedures.
• Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
• Developing engine build scopes, repair procedures, and managing parts kitting processes.
• Supporting supplier quality, design engineering, and sourcing to ensure high-quality components.
• Providing technical expertise to meet cost, delivery, and assembly goals.
• Training and overseeing associates, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
