RG&T Solutions is seeking an engineering leader to drive planning, technical direction, and supplier support for new product development and repairs in engine production and MRO. You will guide design changes, develop repair procedures, and coordinate with manufacturing teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires a mechanical or aerospace engineering background, hands-on experience with aircraft engines, and a track record in lean practices and FAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years in aircraft engine production or repair.
  • Experience with turbine engine maintenance, FAA regulations, lean manufacturing, and calibration standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing systems and supporting cross-functional teams.
