Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Senior Design Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and certifying aircraft modifications across air-conditioning, cabin management, IFE, electrical power, interior lighting and related systems. You will ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and FAA requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in engineering, has 8+ years of industry experience and at least 4 years of leadership in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years leading a team of engineers with proven leadership.
• Aerospace background required.
• US Person for ITAR programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Engineers to design/certify aircraft modifications.
• Ensures adherence to schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Develops staffing plans and schedules for programs.
• Coaches and mentors a team of Design Engineers.
