Job summary

SII Group USA seeks an Electrical/Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate technical activities on aircraft electrical or actuation systems. You will plan, schedule, and execute engineering work while ensuring compliance with airframe requirements and supplier specs.

You will be the key liaison across engineering, program management, certification, suppliers, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading electrical design and integration, translating customer requirements into specs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–7 years of experience in electrical design, integration and certification within aircraft interiors.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes and documentation systems (CMM, SB, configuration control).
• Proficiency with CATIA V5 (including electrical/wire routing modules) or similar CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of electrical design and integration of electronics.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and certification teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Plan, track, and report on engineering tasks, providing regular updates to program and engineering management.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) based on vendor documentation and testing hardware.
• Interface with external suppliers to support design, integration, and compliance activities.
