Saxon Aerospace is seeking an experienced Group Lead, Electrical Systems to lead a team supporting aircraft electrical architecture, EWIS design, and certification activities across multiple aerospace programs. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with team management in a fast‑paced engineering consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical systems engineers across multiple programs
• Own electrical system architecture, EWIS design, and integration activities (ATA 24 / ATA 97)
• Oversee power systems design, load analysis, energy storage, and system sizing
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including HIRF, EMI/EMC, and system separation requirements
• Manage work assignments, schedules, and engineering deliverables
• Support hiring, performance management, and team development
• Contribute to certification activities including test planning and documentation
• Partner with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful program execution

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field
• 10+ years aerospace electrical systems or EWIS experience
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, EWIS, and system integration
• Experience with CAD/MBSE tools and certification environments (FAA/EASA)
