Gulfstream is seeking a RS Completions Coordinator for the St. Louis location on the third shift. The role supports daily work plans, ensures safety and quality, and coordinates tasks with pride in workmanship.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years in related aircraft maintenance roles, with strong attention to safety and documentation. Full-time, onsite, with comprehensive Gulfstream benefits.

• Essential Functions: Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor to ensure all department work is completed on time and meets quality/quantity.
• Fully supports safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assists team to achieve milestone dates with available equipment and materials.
• Ensures paperwork and documentation such as ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, and R&I log are done.
• Leads or participates in Lean and Quality Improvement teams.

Responsibilities

• Additional Functions: Ensures safety and housekeeping policies.
• Leads safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts using Lean tools.
• May include flight tests in support of certification and final testing.
• Set standards for professionalism and team recognition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
