Qualifications

• 1+ year of charter sourcing experience.
• Experience calling Part 135 operators to secure aircraft and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft specifications, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Own trips end-to-end, actively managing each one from start to finish to be fully sourced.
• Stay engaged, respond with urgency, and keep trips moving smoothly.
• Partner with brokers and operators for fast, accurate quote responses.
• Act as expert on aircraft, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility.
• Make outbound calls and follow up to keep trips moving.
• Handle ASAPs and AOGs with speed and precision.
• Track, record, and maintain all sourcing details in CRM.
• Collaborate with sourcing, broker, and ops teams for seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and operator relationships.
