Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own trips end-to-end, actively managing each one from start to finish to be fully sourced.
• Stay engaged, respond with urgency, and keep trips moving smoothly.
• Partner with brokers and operators for fast, accurate quote responses.
• Act as expert on aircraft, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility.
• Make outbound calls and follow up to keep trips moving.
• Handle ASAPs and AOGs with speed and precision.
• Track, record, and maintain all sourcing details in CRM.
• Collaborate with sourcing, broker, and ops teams for seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and operator relationships.

Job description

As a Sourcing Associate, you will be that human in the loop, representing brokers, managing operators, and ensuring every trip is fully sourced, accurate, and executed with precision. We move fast, solve complex problems, and ship weekly. You will be the dynamic force keeping ASAP and AOG trips on track while maintaining precision across all sourcing activities.

• Own your trips end-to-end, actively managing each one from start to finish to be fully sourced
• Stay engaged at all times, respond with urgency, and take initiative to keep every trip moving smoothly
• Partner with brokers and operators to ensure fast and accurate quote responses
• Act as the expert on aircraft, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility
• Make outbound phone calls, follow up relentlessly, and overcommunicate to keep trips moving
• Handle urgent requests like ASAPs and AOGs with speed and precision
• Track, record, and maintain all sourcing details in the platform and CRM
• Collaborate with sourcing, broker, and ops teams for seamless trip execution
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and operator relationships

Job Requirements

• Ideally 1+ year of experience in charter sourcing, with experience calling on Part 135 operators to secure aircraft and pricing. Existing operator relationships are a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Clear communicator confident on phone calls and emails
• Strong understanding of aircraft specifications, fleets, and Part 135 feasibility, or eagerness to learn
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Excited to work alongside AI agents and enhance human judgment in decision-making
