HHS Aviation is seeking a seasoned aviation services leader to oversee aircraft appearance operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You will manage safety, servicing, and cleaning services for aircraft while developing a high-performing team capable of delivering on SLAs.

The role requires 2–5 years of management experience, flexible scheduling, and a strong understanding of FAA/OSHA regulations, budgets, and contract expectations.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of management experience.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clear MVR.
• Extensive airport operational experience and knowledge of budgets and finance.
• Knowledge of FAA and OSHA regulations.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

• Take full responsibility for delivering effective aircraft appearance operations to customers.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver on SLAs with customers.
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner with tact and diplomacy.
• Proactively manage safety and security processes to comply with HHS standards.
• Review KPIs and convey necessary actions to improve performance.
• Recruit and hire new team members to meet service requirements.
• Understand contract requirements and customer expectations.
• Implement counseling and corrective action, including performance improvement plans.
• Monitor and/or conduct required training of team members.
• Plan and organize the most efficient use of resources and schedules.
